Pulse iPad app receives major updates including personal blog from Posterous.

The iPad app for Pulse, Pulse News Reader, created by Alphonso Labs and more specifically, two Stanford graduate students, is one of the best RSS readers on the iPad, and their Pulse News Mini app, is one of the best on the iPhone.

Pulse News Reader for the iPad has just been made even better, receiving several major updates:

Users can create their “OWN pulse by tapping the heart icon.”

5 additional feeds, bringing the total to 25 feeds supported by Pulse News Reader.

A personal blog powered by Posterous.

The ability to “follow other people’s Pulse: Search via their full name or user name.”

Adding additional feeds, a more social element through the ability to follow other Pulse News Reader users, and partnering with Posterous enhance what is already a tremendous app.  Grab your iPad, update Pulse News Reader and explore the grand new features.
