If you’ve been looking for that special someone but haven’t found anyone that shares your love for Apple gadgets, we have the answer. Cupidtino, is a new Apple only dating service created by Mel Sampat, a former Microsoft employee (yes we know it’s a bit ironic) which caters to those looking to date people that are Apple fanboys or girls. No outsiders allowed!
The Associated Press (via the Dallas Morning News) reports that over 16,000 Apple enthusiasts have signed up for the service since its launch this past June. The service is only accessible to Apple gadget owners and the website checks to make sure you’re using an Apple device such as a Mac, iPhone or iPad before you can sign-up or login.
If you’re an Apple fan, you’ll be right at home with the site’s design and features. The website is very Apple-esqe in styling and features iTunes integration so you can show off your taste in music, movies and apps to your future date. Cupidtino is also Flash free so iPad owners will have no problem navigating or reading the site’s content.
Cupidtino is currently in beta. You can sign-up and contact anyone for free, but if you want to read the messages you receive, you’ll need to pay $4.79 a month (you’re free to cancel or renew at any time). Why $4.79 you might ask? That’s the price of a venti Mocha Lite in the Cupertino Starbucks.
